Main clutch free stroke adjustment

Loosen the lock nut, turn the adjusting sleeve, change the effective length of the tie rod, adjust the free stroke of the pedal to 19 ~ 24mm (data for different models are different, please refer to the tractor manual for details, at this time the head of the main clutch pressure claw is separated from The clearance of the bearing end face is 2 ~ 2.5mm), after adjustment, tighten the lock nut.

Adjustment of free travel of auxiliary clutch

When the above adjustment method does not reach the free travel of the clutch, it means that the clearance between the head of the separation lever and the end face of the separation bearing is not ideal. The distance between the head of the main clutch pressure plate separating lever and the mounting surface of the flywheel is 103 ～ 103.5mm; the distance between the head of the three auxiliary clutch pressure plate separating lever and the mounting surface of the flywheel is 137 ～ 137.5mm. 3. Do not overload

The maximum torque that the clutch can transmit depends on the maximum pressing force between the friction surfaces, the size of the friction surface, the number of friction surfaces, the friction material, and the friction coefficient. For a clutch with a certain structure, the maximum torque that can be transmitted is a fixed value. When the input torque reaches this value, the clutch will slip, thereby limiting the torque received by the transmission system and preventing overload.
