Main clutch free stroke adjustment

Adjustment of free travel of auxiliary clutch
Loosen the lock nut, turn the adjusting nut to change the effective length of the cable rod, and adjust to: the free stroke of the cable is 3.5 ~ 4.5mm (the data of different models are different, please refer to the tractor manual for details, at this time the auxiliary clutch pressure claw head The clearance between the bearing and the end face of the separation bearing is 2 ~ 2.5mm). After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
When the above adjustment method does not reach the free travel of the clutch, it means that the clearance between the head of the separation lever and the end face of the separation bearing is not ideal. The distance between the head of the main clutch pressure plate separating lever and the mounting surface of the flywheel is 103 ~ 103.5mm; the distance between the head of the three auxiliary clutch pressure plate separating lever and the mounting surface of the flywheel is 137 ~ 137.5mm. After the adjustment, tighten both lock nuts. The heads of the corresponding three pressure plate separation rods should be in the same plane and the error should not be greater than 0.2mm. Then adjust the free stroke according to the free stroke adjustment method.
2. Proper operation and use of clutches to develop good operating habits
When the clutch is fully engaged, the maximum design torque can be transmitted. 3. Do not overload
The maximum torque that the clutch can transmit depends on the maximum pressing force between the friction surfaces, the size of the friction surface, the number of friction surfaces, the friction material, and the friction coefficient. For a clutch with a certain structure, the maximum torque that can be transmitted is a fixed value. When the input torque reaches this value, the clutch will slip, thereby limiting the torque received by the transmission system and preventing overload.
